Back to users list: Click the link to return to the list of members.
User activated (email validated): Tells whether the user has activated their account by following the link in the activation email.
User active (not suspended): As it says, is the user able to use the site. Suspended users are told to contact Customer Support to clarify why they are suspended.
Block user: Click this button to suspend a user from your site. The user will be able to view the site, but unable to perform any actions such as bidding or selling. Please also see "User Active" above.
Activate user: Users who did not receive their activation email may contact "Customer Support"; you can manually activate the account by clicking on the button.
Remove user: Be careful! This action removes a user from your site completely. You will have NO access to any information about this user. You will be asked, several times, if this is really the action you wish to take. This action would rarely be needed as usually just blocking the user is sufficient to keep anyone from disrupting your site. You have been warned!
Current Balance: This is a summary of the users financial standing within your site.
Real balance: This is the amount of real money in the users account. This has been paid by credit/debit card or through Paypal.
Virtual balance: This is any amount which you have authorized as a credit. This balance is utilized before a user needs to use real money on your site. This cannot be withdrawn as real money.
Total balance: This is the total of both balances available to the user to use on your site.
Modify User Balance: Clicking this will take you to a new screen which allows you to add a credit to your, or your users account, using "Virtual Money". This is great if you wish to give your users a credit for signing up to your site, but do not want to give real money. "Virtual Money" can only be spent on your site. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
