We've made that clear!! If you have a free email account you haven't used in a while, it will probably have been disabled; try sending yourself an email from your real address, if you don't receive it, you won't receive ours either.
The code at the top (it is called a Turing code) is to stop automated registrations, it really helps us avoid false registrations and, you need to fill it in, or your details will not be submitted!
Please make sure your username is at least 6 characters long; it just helps with security.
